Choosing a mentor coach is a very personal choice. It’s important to get the chemistry right to make space for the vulnerability that is so necessary. It’s surprising how much personal growth is involved in mentor coaching. Not only does a coach work on the core competencies, but also on their own self-awareness of what habits and mindsets we have from times gone by. With the help of the right mentor, we learn how to unlock the potential in ourselves and in others in a generative way. The mentor coaches I have worked with personally have all contributed to both my personal and professional growth and I am so thankful for each and every opportunity.
