Twenty-twenty couldn’t have started out in a better way. After the intensity of the holiday period with lots of great food and family gatherings, we spent a week on a sports & exercise vacation. We swam, ran, walked, hiked, played tennis, went to spinning and the gym. We ate lots of awesome grilled fish, canary potatoes and mojo sauce. And spent time soaking up the sun with our books (well, ok, the kids were mostly on their phones……). All of the ingredients needed for a healthy body and a healthy mind. It feels like we are starting the year with a head start!
How do you keep your body and mind healthy? What habits are working for you and which ones are not working for you? Are there any new habits you would like to establish for a healthy mind and healthy body? Take a few moments to reflect.
Creating well-being and a healthy mind can be worked on intentionally. Perhaps even with the help of the Healthy Mind Platter. It is a platter like no other. It includes seven essential mental activities for mental health and brain optimization. Have a look at it and see if you find it interesting. I have used this during a very intense period in my professional life to keep some balance in my life. I went so far as to keep a journal structured by the elements of the platter. Maybe it can also help you start 2020 off on the right foot?
