Last Fall when I attended the Agile Transformation Leadership course, I was introduced to the ‘Teal’ organization. I later read the book Re-Inventing Organizations (Laloux) trying to get a better grasp of the rainbow of organization types. Funnily, I kept thinking of my work with Ashoka Thailand and was wondering if they were a good example. In the course, we also went into depth about the Leadership Circle’s leadership assessment, which I’m a huge fan of.
Today, I listened to one of my favorite podcasts The Team Coaching Zone and alas, here is a story about the transformation of Ashoka Germany to a teal organization through much ‘inner work’ including the Leadership Circle assessment! Theory come alive!
