Happy to share that I was awarded certification ICP-ENT which is short for Agility in the Enterprise! The certification focuses on developing an understanding of agility at the enterprise level from structural, process, leadership, and cultural perspectives.
The course included topics such as systems and complexity theory, measuring business performance from an agile perspective, agile frameworks for enterprise scaling, awareness of organizational design and structure, understanding leadership development, and engaging leadership in conversations about organizational culture.
The premise of the course is that in order for Agile Transformations to succeed the leadership, the organization, the culture and organizational structures need to shift from the inside towards the outer circle of the Agile Transformational Framework. Leaders need to become self-aware of their Reactives and develop their Creatives (from the Leadership Circle). I’m excited to bring this integral framework and all of its perspectives into my consulting work.
