This past week I had the amazing opportunity to spend 3 very intense days in an Agile Trans4mational Leadership course with Michelle Madore and Michael Spayd. Thank you!
We learned about Trans4mation’s integral framework that provides different lenses with which to view an organization as it works to become agile. The emphasis was on developing organizational agility starts with senior leadership. Without self-aware, mature and developed senior leadership, agile transformations will not live up to their promise. With the help of the Leadership Circle’s integral leadership model, we learned how it is relevant in an agile transformational context. I already knew this model was good, now I am even more convinced. Very much looking forward to applying this new integrated knowledge!
