Welcome once again to MindKatalysts. I am so very happy to have you here. I am Catherine, consultant and coach, as well as author of this blog. My intention is to write short articles about topics related to the business areas of MindKatalysts. The company is all about change management, leadership and transitions. The readers of the blog are leaders of all kinds, individuals immersed in change management and global citizens. My hope is that the articles will be both informative, inspirational and provocative.
